Sandy Miller Earns Delta Society Recognition
Congratulations to Goldstar director Sandy Miller, who recently passed the certification course and is now approved to be a Delta Society Pet Partner Team Evaluator. Sandy traveled to Costa Mesa, California to take the workshop and be tested for this certification. Taos area residents who are interested in participating in the Delta Society's program are lucky to have Sandy here so they won't have to go to Albuquerque for training and testing. |

Taos has two new Delta Pet Partner Teams! |
Congratulations to Judith Miller and Martha Stewart and Ruth Bourgeois and Max, Goldstar's two newest Delta-recognized Pet Partner teams. The teams were tested Feb. 25 in Albuquerque and passed with flying colors! Martha Stewart (right) is a beautiful three-year-old Great Pyrenees that Judith adopted after she was rescued.
Max (left) is an eight-year-old black Lab that was a pound puppy, adopted by Ruth when he was three months old. He can still be a bouncing big exuberant pup at times, but he also takes his job as a Pet Partner dog very seriously. He knows when to be very well mannered and enjoys being with people of all ages.
